Sometimes you don't need the full process - you need clarity. A design consultation is for anyone who wants a fresh, expert perspective on their space without the full commitment of full-service design. Whether you're figuring out next steps, preparing for a project, or ready to tackle it yourself and just need a professional push in the right direction, we'll get you there.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Single one hour in-home session

  • Scope is entirely client directed. We can tackle space planning, material palettes, lighting plans, color story, or wherever you need guidance most

  • Honest assessment of your space

  • Prioritized next steps and actionable direction

The AMI Design Process

HOW WE APPRoACH OUR FUll-service projects:

  • We start with a conversation-getting to know you, your space, and what you’re hoping to create. This is where we align on goals and see if we’re the right fit to move forward together.

  • An in-home working session where we walk through your space, talk through ideas, and begin defining the scope, priorities, and overall direction of the project.

  • You’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and investment. Once approved, we formalize everything so we can move into design with clarity and confidence.

  • This is where the vision comes to life. We establish the overall look and feel-how the space will function, flow, and ultimately feel to live in.

  • We refine every detail, from materials and finishes to furniture and millwork. Drawings are developed and selections are finalized to prepare for execution.

  • We handle the logistics - ordering, tracking, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and overseeing construction - so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

  • The final layer. We bring everything together, install each piece, and style the space so it feels complete, cohesive, and ready to be lived in.
